Shipping Policy/Delivery Policy
“All orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt. You will receive a verification of your order. Shipment will occur within two days of purchase. We use FedEx and GSO for shipments. We cannot ship to PO Boxes.
If you are trying to estimate when a package will be delivered please note the following:
Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing. FedEx and GSO deliver Monday through Friday excluding holidays. If you require express or 2 day shipping please call us at (805)237-2861 for the availability and charges.
Shipping and Handling
By placing this order you certify that you are at least 21 years of age and the product ordered is for your personal use only and not for resale or trade. (If you are interested in being an authorized distributor or wholesaler of Pear Valley Vineyards, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.)
An adult must be present at delivery to sign for the wines. Shipping companies are not permitted to leave packages without obtaining an adult signature. We recommend using a business address if you are not home between the hours of 10AM and 5PM. We cannot ship wine to a Post Office box.
We reserve the right to limit quantities and to correct pricing errors. All prices are listed in US dollars. All orders will include delivery charges and applicable sales tax. You will receive an e-mail confirming that your order was submitted.
Due to State and Federal laws we can only ship orders to addresses in the following states: AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, IA, ID, IL, IN, LA, MD, ME, MI, MO, NC, NH, NM, NV, NY, OH, OR, TN, TX, VA, WA, WI, WY. We will be adding more states in the future.

For orders of more than one case, shipping cost is Number of Cases ordered times twelve bottle charge.

By placing an order, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to your selected destination. All sales shall be completed in California and title passes to the buyer in California at time of shipment.
